Dr. Kolodenker is a Fellowship Trained in Sports Medicine and Surgery of the Foot and Ankle.
Majority of Foot and Ankle surgeries are done on an outpatient setting in Orange County.
The surgical foot or ankle procedure takes place in the morning and you go home the same day.
Prior to foot and/or ankle surgery a patient may require blood tests, EKG, a medical clearance and possibly a chest x-ray.
Our office staff will set up all the arrangements and verify with your insurance carrier to avoid unnecessary surprises.
We are also available for a second opinion on foot and ankle cases.

After the surgery, our office is available 24/7. I can personally be paged after hours.
The main goal of having surgery on the foot or ankle in Orange County is to decrease pain and/or fix a deformity. We do not recommend cosmetic foot surgery. Dr. Kolodenker uses a plastic surgery technique to minimize scar formation. Most patients will have minimal pain after surgery.
